If you find a problem with your order, we will gladly recitfy it.  Simply call us or e-mail us, and we'll correct any mistake on our part promptly and courteously. 

If  you are dissatisfied with the quality of your chocolate, please call and let us know why.  In the unlikely event that there is some problem with the quality of our chocolate, we will promptly replace it, or will make arrangements for you to return the remaining chocolates to us, and refund your cost.
